Technology Class (Week 2)

The 2nd week of Technology in Education classes were very informative and I learnt a lot. I learnt about the different Theories of Learning which are Constructivism, Cognitivism, Behaviourism and Psycho Social Theory. I also learnt about the nine multiples of intelligence  because our lecturer Mrs. Marsh Roberts gave us as a research.

This week classes has helped me in other course areas like Psychology, Sociology and even Language. We discovered 21st Century skills like Life and Career Skills, Learning and Innovation Skills and Information Media and Technology Skills.Overall the classes were good.

My expectations of this course (Week 1)

Starting this course of Technology in Education I expect to leave with a basic understanding of what it really means. At the end I hope to learn how I can use technology to teach my children in a classroom or at  play and also myself. The reason why the Ministry of Education has decided to incorporate technology in education and some of the techniques we as teachers can used to broaden our children's lives (in the education sector). Myself and my children will understand and know a new area that is vastly growing world wide.
